I had a very pleasant experience at Gurley Leap. Erin Packet was outstanding very knowledgeable and also not your "typical" car salesperson you have nightmares about. All the staff were amazing and made my car buying experience enjoyable. Totally not what I was expecting for sure. I was in and out within approximately 2 hours from the time I walked in the door until I drove away in my car!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership and especially Erin Packet she is awesome!!! THANK YOU ALL I LOVE MY CAR!!!
My husband had a recall on the brake lines on his car. He brought the car in. Gurley Leep did a "visual inspection". Not even a full year later the brake lines blew. He called and of course Gurley Leep "couldn't help us". We called the manufacturer of the car and they said Gurley Leep was not responding. Needless to say I will never bring a car here or buy a car from this place. And I'll be recommending my friends and family do the same.
they did not hesitate to help me find the right vehicle for my situation at this time, I was much more than pleasantly surprised, I could not believe they got me into a brand new vehicle, frankly I am still in shock...I promise any of you needing help getting into a good vehicle, that they will do their very best in getting you into that vehicle your would never think they could, tell them Lorene Olmos sent you....
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Anywhere else would be better. The junk yard would be better. Gurley Leep is full of liars and cheats. One of the salesmen, Connor, told us straight out that the receptionists that answer the phones will tell you lies just to get you to the lot. We received a phone call today saying that the manager, Doug, would like to meet with us today to go over our bad experience.
