Brought my car into Volkswagen to have a few grand worth of work done to my vehicle for insurance. Ryan was my service advisor. After getting the vehicle back there was a nice beautiful ding/chip in my door. Before leaving and signing for the car it was pointed out and I recieved a phone call telling me to go down to their body shop they will make sure it's taken care of. After spending my next morning down there for them to write a I recieved a TEXT message stating they wont cover the damage when its apparent what happened.... read more
