Absolutely terrible experience. Horrible communication and the tech didn’t diagnose correctly. I had to tell them what todo to fix my truck. And lo and behold what i told them fixed it. Under qualified mechanics. Condescending service advisors. Most definitely will not take my truck back there!

Today service was great. Came in and they fixed my car and got me out before I had to go to work. I really appreciate this dealership because they always come through and are able to help me with my car.

In 2005 I bought my Buick from Randy Marion. After 18 years, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! With Richard Spences encouragement, he linked me up with Jack Brice who was amazing! He didn't even make fun of me when I had the windshield wipers and washers going! I know I'm not their best customer, but in 18 years, if I need a new car, I'm going to Randy Marion!!
