On 8/7/23 I posted a negative review of Randy Marion Buick (Mooresville). The negative issues pointed out were valid and admitted by dealership surrounding the purchase of a 2023 Envision Avenir. After reviewing my issues and concerns however Randy Marion has corrected problems surrounding this purchase and has eliminated my objections on the sale. Based on this positive response to my situation I would give Randy Marion a 5 star review and would buy another vehicle from them in the future. Terry Watts

A scheduled oil change days in advance should not take 3 hours to get completed.
