Very good service from everyone. Professional, courteous and fast . I enjoy coming here..:glad it’s a dedicated service for oil changes.
Great service as always but the oil life indicator was not reset and no sticker on the windshield about next due service , otherwise the service was great!

My sales person Austin did a fantastic job. We are Randy Marion Corp. failed was your Jacksonville store they told me the vehicle I purchased was done and ready to go. I took a flight from Charlotte to Jacksonville. They didn’t wanna pick me up to bring me to the dealership because their excuse was I purchased a car from Randy Marion in Mooresville, they would have to pick me up. Once you get the right person easy to work with, call system can be frustrating with many transfers (4 times for to check on recall part/make appt). At service check-in lady was snappy but her power was out at home so that may have caused the initial response. Also, oddly on pickup (dropped of Tues and picked up Fri, I said I'm here to pick up car and instead of saying OK and checking on it, said I'll have to see if it's ready. You never find good customer service these days, except for here at the service department. Briana was quick and courteous while checking me in for my service appointment. The complimentary waters on a hot day were a nice touch.
I have had my truck in there multiple times now for an oil leak. It keeps coming back and is a real inconvenience to have to continue to come back to the shop. I just got done with a new house we built and have oil stains all over the place. It would have been nice to have it fixed correctly the first time and not having to come back. After this is fixed I know I won’t be bringing my truck there anymore for an oil change that I am paying that much for.
