I have not owned an Acura until now. I found my car on line, emailed questions on the vehicle and had a phone response from Mr. Alvarez within 10 minutes. This is the quickest I have ever had a response. I went in test drove the car, went home to think about it, had a very nice email from Mr. Alvarz and the internet manger thanking me for coming in. Exceptional service and price. We purchased a certified pre-owned 2008 Acura TL. We are very happy with the price and help securing a low interest loan. Tony Alverez is an exceptional salesman. He contacted two time when a car meeting our needs arrived. We had the window motors replaced and were given a new 2010 car to drive. Everything was covered my the extended warranty.
Excellent experience! We have been buying cars for over 31 years, this was the best experience we have had, even considering the premium German brands. I initially went into the dealership to test-drive an Acura TL and came out the same day a totally satisfied customer. The friendliness of the staff is by far the best I have ever seen.
