We called Gunn Acura in San Antonio regarding a used Lexus they offered for sale on June 27. We completed the credit application that evening and we were approved for financing the next day. We discussed all of the financing details regarding the downpayment, etc. and agreed to purchase the car on June 28. As we live 250 miles away from San Antonio, Tony agreed to drive part of the way to meet us so we could sign the paperwork and pick up the car. Richard went above and beyond on my behalf. I could not take delivery of my vehicle on Saturday evening. He personally came in on Sunday, his day off and when the dealership was closed to open the gate and allow me to pick up my car. Great guy.

The sales personnel made things go smooth and simple. Each time I went in, someone was greeting me and didn't make me feel inferior like most luxury car dealerships. The ease and no haggle pricing works!

Richard was very helpful. Very low key, not pushy. I told him what I was looking for in a pre certified car and over several weeks he found exactly what I wanted. He was very supportive during the process and answered my many questions. He very patiently explained the features and how to use them. Would definitely recommend him as a sales person. All staff members were very friendly and attentive. Made it a very pleasant experience.

Both Richard and Chris were outstanding in their knowledge of the product and process.
