Patiently listened to and answered my questions. Allowed me space/time to make decisions. Eased the pain of committing to such a large purchase (even for a car that wasn't exactly the color I wanted). The whole process was smooth. Everyone seemed to work together well.
Tony (sales man) was fantastic to deal with! No preasure, great knowledge, and the right amount of follow-up to ensure I remaind interested but did not feel pressure. When I became ready to buy he held the car I wanted for a week. The finance team was great to work with. Andy, ensured my we were in/out in minimum time allowing my wife to make a late afternoon meeting. I have purchased several cars and this was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
Dealership was very supportive, made the process easy. Worked with me on picking out the car that best fits me and my budget. Dealer answered every question I had and answered them very knowledgeable. Would highly recommand friends and family. Thank you again.
Most pleasant, efficient car-buying experience ever! Sales person, Tony Alvarez, was extremely helpful and pleasant. Sales manager, Matt Bousson was so nice and he actually jumped my car twice! (Bad battery.) Finance person, Chris Zapata made the process so easy and fast - explained everything! People were constantly coming by asking if we wanted something to drink, etc. Better service than a 5-star hotel! Thanks so much! LOVE MY NEW CAR!

It was a great atmosphere and also great people to work with. There was no sales pressure. Theresa was very informative on the car we were buying. Matt was very helpful with reviewing our trade ins and working up pricing. Andy was very informative and helpful with our financing options. We felt like we belonged to a family. We were in a pinch to buy a nice SUV as our daughter was being transferred immediately with her company from San Antonio to Minneapolis in the beginning of the winter 2010. My husband and I had done our homework on line and I had decided on the MDX for my vehicle. It was my Mothers Day gift. There were 2 MDX available with the options we wanted. Richard Wright was our salesperson. The test drive with the first vehicle was the one we decided to purchase. He answered all our questions and was very informed on the features of the MDX. Gunn is very nice to deal with because their sales people do not work on commission, so they don't pressure you. Also, the "One Simple Price" means there is no haggling. Additionally the financing will find the best rates around for you. They bought my trade-in and told me exactly why they were offering me the price that they were. I felt like there were no secrets. If Gunn has what you want at a price that you are willing to pay, then they are a great dealership to work with.
