Overall expirience was excellent. Great customer service. Peter was friendly and very knowledgable about the Acura vehicles. We have dealt with Gunn Acura more than once and will continue to go back.

This is the 6th my family has bought from Gunn Acura and Peter! It was also the first car I have bought on my own. Peter was so helpful in finding me what I wanted in my budget, he even brought cars over from other Gunn dealerships so that I could see them and test drive. I am so happy with my car and Peter has checked back with me to make sure I still love it! I would recommend Gunn Acura and Peter Eng to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!

This is my 8th new Acura. I have only purchased 2 of those 8 at the same dealership. Needless to say, I have had all types of experiences at different Acura dealerships. I have to say that working with Peter Eng at Gunn Acura and all of the Management that I met while going through the buying experience was different than any other Acura dealer I have experienced in the past. I am returning RLX to dealer after I discovered a technological problems at car. The dealer explained to me 48 hours period to return and he didn't owner it.

Stay away from Gunn Acura or you may find yourself in the same position I did... They don't care about their customers nor do they care about customer retention. I have gone to Gunn Acura on a number of occasions to service my 2008 Acura TL Type-S and the first couple of times thought that it was a decent dealership. Then I ran into a service problem surrounding my warranty on my radio which produced a pop in my speakers when my car would start. This is the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience of my life. It all started online and Andrew provided me with all the information I needed via e-mail. I have been to many car dealerships (Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, & Nissan) prior from purchasing my Acura TSX, I must say that at Gunn Acura I have been treated with Outstanding Professional Customer Service and Respect!
