RecommendedHow friendly and personable the staff is, excellent care given, and finally the expert knowledge the doctors and other staff members have.
I do not recommend this at all considering this is how they act. Clearly refusing their job because they don't like me and are in an argument with me. Just saying.
Attempted to take my son to the ER today before ultimately leaving and going to Mayo. The triage person told us he could send my son to xray but it would be probably 2 hours from then before it would even make it to a room. It was ridiculously busy, which I understand happens, but people in the waiting area were being completely ignored. An older gentleman in a wheelchair advised he needed to use the bathroom and another guy went to the desk and told a nurse. They’ve got some of the best doctors ever. They saved my life 5 years ago. I had a stroke and they thought I was gone. For 7 minutes I was, they saved me and I’ll always be grateful.
I went there for a throat biopsy and the nurses and Dr.s were great. Dr. Peterson was up front with me and spoke to my son and daughter who were with me. I was told I had cancer( 4th time) yet the nurses had me laughing and joking with them. I was treated wonderfully by everyone I had contact with.
I was treated for breast cancer at gundersen at age 29. 5 years later they took me to court tp get $500 from me from two visits from that time even though my insurance paid them over 100k.
I had acl reconstruct surgery I got nothing but good to say staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable the whole stay there
The nurses in anesthesia and the surgery floors are amazing! They truly care about the kids that come there and go out of their way to make them feel comfortable! Make a worried mama, worry less. Thank you!
