My daughter went to Gundersen Urgent Care in Winona, MN because she had congestion and a fever. She was diagnosed by them with a COLD. No tests run on her. Their office visits range from $120-424. They billed her the second highest office visit and billed her for $378! That’s what I said $378 for a cold!!!! Imagine if you have something worse! I tried to work with them but they will not reduce the bill!! Stay away!!!!

We've been fortunate to not need to go to the doctor/ hospital that often, but when we have gone to Gundersen we get great care! I had a high risk pregnancy and everything was handled thoroughly and everyone was fantastic! We loved our midwife and OB Doctor. The NICU staff was amazing My kids have a great pediatrician and my husband and I have had great care with the providers and specialists that we have seen!

I had a broken leg and Mayo wouldn't take me because I didn't have insurance at the time and the nurse in the ER wasn't real nice to us. When they refused us for surgery without the full amount up front I went to Gundersen. They didn't hesitate to accept me for care and treated me wonderfully. My husband has had a couple orthopedic surgeries and heart surgery and the doctors, staff, and therapy staff were all informative and gave good care. A great place!

Last night i went for an MRI of my right shoulder to determine if there is damage to the rotator cuff, i cant express how nice, calming, and caring the folks were in the hospital. Coming from the east coast where the staff runs you like cattle and could care less if you have trouble with confined spaces or other difficulties, this hospital did not. Being in this facility made a big difference with the friendly staff, technicians and nurses. A big thank you to the imaging center!!!!

The new dental building on 201 3rd street is so appreciated! The companion care room was much needed on two separate occasions. From a family who has had to provide hygiene care for loved one at inappropriate areas of old pediatric dental clinic location, we are grateful for consideration for the needs of able and non-abled body public restroom. Thank you!

recieved a bill with a due date of jan 4 . on jan 2 I recieved a letter from a collection agency that the bill due 2 days later had been turned over to them. THATS NOT WHAT I CALL "LOVE PLUS MEDICINE"
