I just had bunch of scarey tests done on my heart. Everyone was so kind and even laughing with me when I cracked a few jokes. The technicians and doctors really care about you as a person and it really makes a bad situation seem ok. Thank you Gundersen for raising the standards of healthcare !!... Maybe true for the clinic. . NEVER EVER go to emergency. I have never felt more treated like a piece of shit than I did there. Don't waste your time go to mayo . . or like me( I live in winona) .. Stick to Winona Health.
I'm sending this to say thank you for your medical complex . My good friend Tom Thor is in your system . I hear good things about your org from vets . You accept VA benefits and go far beyond any VA in help . My friend is in the throws of big PTSD ! He has promised not to do-away but I listen and will push GHS on f book etc . Salute
My son had elbow surgery in September, and our entire experience from diagnosis to discharge has been awesome at Gundersen. Dr Klein, Nurse Julie and the entire team did a wonderful job with educating us on the procedure and recovery. They took great care of my son and I would recommend this team to anyone. Thank you!
Booooo to Gundersen for switching to Quartz. My son has a cochlear implant has been, essentially, a hearing person for 20 years. External components are no longer manufactured or repaired. His have failed due ro time and use. Quartz has denied him twice stating that his ability to hear is NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY. Every human deserves better. Bad move Gundersen, bad move.
