Had major open heart surgery! Outcome and experience was the best!
They fill my days with as many appointments as possible so I don't need to make as many trips to see them. It makes for a long day but well worth it. The staff and drs have been amazing. So glad I chose them. A long journey ahead but I know I'll make thru. Thanks to Therese my nurse navigator Dr Kwong and Ilene for putting up with all the questions.
They lie to you about making viable payment arrangements. The bottom line is that they are unwilling to work with people like they say they will. It is a farce. They put notes in my account that were the complete opposite of what was discussed in the phone. So when they say they will work with people to pay their exorbitant fees, it is quite simply a dog and pony show...
If you're assertive enough everyone will listen. My specialists have done nothing but surprise me with how much they actually do care. This place has gotten better over the years. I'm definitely satisfied with how I'm treated and taken seriously.
I had surgery 8/28 and I am very happy with the care I received. Would recommend them for sure!
