Had to deal with a nurse who works here through my place of employment, she was snotty & rude, and we are short staffed due to Covid and she didn't care. You'd think a nurse who works at a hospital with growing cases would understand, but NO. You need to treat people with respect even if you are not at work, because it reflects your place of employment as well.

Two accounts were opened for this incident- one liability account for the emergency services he received and another account for his following visits.
