Had to deal with a nurse who works here through my place of employment, she was snotty & rude, and we are short staffed due to Covid and she didn't care. You'd think a nurse who works at a hospital with growing cases would understand, but NO. You need to treat people with respect even if you are not at work, because it reflects your place of employment as well.

Dear Gundersen, I'm very dissappointed in the way our account is being handled. One of your patients (will not list name here) was in a motorcycle accident on April 25, 2020. Two accounts were opened for this incident- one liability account for the emergency services he received and another account for his following visits. We were aware of the one account-the one that we now know is for the following visits only. We had assumed all charges were filed on the same account and have been paying them on time.
