Two wrong appointment times with a few months. Both times I have to take off days from work. The tech in oral surgery not very nice, especially when you prove them wrong with text message reminders and appointment print outs. Time to look at changing to Mayo.

I was extremely dissatisfied by the dental specialist in the Winona office. I was in need of an EMERGENCY root canal and they rescheduled on me not once, but twice. I even took off work at my job with toddlers for NOTHING, where a certain number of staff is always needed, and taking off has the potential to mess things up for my coworkers. I will not be attending Gundersen for my dental needs for a long time if ever, nor will I recommend their services to anyone I know.

I've been going to the clinic on Tomah for years. Lately been in chronic pain to the point where I can't move. What do they do. Tell me to take some ibprophen. Are you fucking kidding me. I take 8 of those at a time just to be able to move. Trust me I have never, nor will ever abuse any kind of pain med. I'm in dire need of help and they basically said FUCK you. And its not like I dont have awesome insurance. I would rather take my chances at the tomah hospital then ever going to Gunderson in Tomah ever again.
