September 28th I had a total knee replacement. I can't say enough about the outstanding treatment I received from getting me ready for surgery to 4 days later when I was discharged. I have been to other hospitals. We are so so fortunate to have Gundersen Health here. I believe most don't understand just what we have here. If you go anywhere down south....you are a number not a patient. Thank you Gundersen. You made a difference to this patient and I am so thankful!
I think it's a joke how we show up 15 mins early to every appointment and finally get in 25 -35 mins after our appointment. This morning we are the first appointment and currently still sitting in the waiting room 25 mins past our appointment time. Next step will be to the room where we wait for another 30 mins minimum. Might want to do something about this
I wish there was a zero stars option. Waited for over 3 hours for an appointment. There is a reason we only come unless we absolutely have to. When i did complain it was on deaf ears.
I love my job! Gundersen is a great place to work. I am proud to be a part of this organization.
Thanks to your surgical team and nursing staff on floor 6. I was given the best care ever even in an emergency situation. The docs and and all staff were there for every need.
Gundersen you are the SHADIEST place. Haven't lived in WI for over 2 years receive nothing from you and then receive something from the collection agency from over 4 years ago. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! No notification from you guys in where this is coming from?!?!? Y'all need to get your accounting figured out. This is the second time you have done this!
