Awesome! I'll tell you that I was very nervous. But the wonderful staff made my visit very pleasant.
My time in Dr. Rick Heard's office has been nothing short of fabulousness. Everyone in the office is so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Every time I visit I get greeted with smiling faces. I know everyone their is concerned for my well being and it warms my heart. I would not go anywhere else.
A very pleasant visit. Everyone was friendly, helpful and able to answer any question that I had. Dr Heard was very helpful. He did not appear to be rushed and in a hurry to move on to his next patient. Answered all my questions and took time to listen to what I had to say. A nice experience..
This team is great! I arrived to smiling, friendly faces. No painful questioning that the entire waiting room could hear. I was made comfortable & felt at ease, I appreciated the professional consultation with Dr. Heard & his staff. Although, I will not need their services at present, I certainly will contact them if it is ever necessary. Thank you.
They do top notch work. You wont find a better dental experience anywhere.
Everyone at Gulf Coast Periodontics was very friendly and professional. There was no pressure to have the dental work done. I felt the staff and especially Dr. Heard listened to what I wanted to do about my condition. They were all so anxious to answer any questions I had and I never felt hurried. I feel very confident that all will go well when I have my dental procedure done. The office staff was very helpful in explaining the fees and insurance details.
I have been under the care of Dr. Heard and Lisha for about 12 years now. I was once told by a dentist that I would likely loose all my teeth by the time I turned 50. Well, I'm 65 now and the 3 teeth I did lose were replaced by implants. It looks like I will get to keep the rest. Anyone who is looking at the worst should try Dr. Heard first before giving up their teeth!
What I like most how her cares I been all over the world seen about 10 in Rome,Turkey, Africa and Malaysia and I like him best of all
Everyone at Gulf Coast made my experience very pleasant and painless. Dr.Heard was very informative throughout the process prior and after my procedure and was even so kind enough to call and check up on me after surgery. They are by far the best in the crossroads area. Anyone reading this - I recommend you choose Gulf Coast Periodontics, they will not disappoint. They will send you off with the smile of your dreams.
