The staff got me in right away despite me running late. Did not have too wait very long to see Dr. Heard. Everything is thoroughly explained to you and every person you come in contact with is extremely polite and friendly.
Dr Heard and his staff are exceptional. Very friendly and personable reception. Thorough and detailed explanation of examination and procedures to be done. Did not feel rushed or pressured. Highly recommended this office.

I had an emergency need to reschedule elective surgery to remove a bad molar. It had become abscessed and was extremely painful. The rescheduled surgery was one of the, if not the, least stressful dental experiences I have ever had in 80 years; no pain or anxiety during surgery and no residual pain two days later. The entire team was pleasant, efficient and, needless to say, professional. Thanks from the bottom of my ... roots ... (heart !).
This was my first visit here. Office and rooms are very clean. Dr. Heard and his staff are very nice, thorough and take their time to listen and answer any questions.
My visit went very well. Everyone was very friendly and very efficient in delivery of dental services. I would highly recommend this dental facility.
