I always look forward to my visits...The staff is welcoming and pleasant. My questions are always answered. I leave looking forward till my next visit.

The staff was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. There was little or no waiting time and the procedure went quickly and without pain. I was released when fully recovered and informed of what happened during the surgery. I felt like I was the most important patient that Dr. Heard had that day and I appreciated his follow up call at home that evening.
Fabulous. Ladies over the top and Dr. Heard is a brilliant doc and spent time answering my questions and clearly and kindly explaining my options. Also pointed to a potential health issue that was on the Xray.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Heard and his staff. They were very helpful and comforting with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
