I understand Hurricane Michael’s strength was unpredictable, but I find it disturbing that Gulf Power can give daily updates of their recovery progress and yet Gulfco cannot even make public announcements weekly. GULF coast residents are already suffering from the damage and living in dire straits...please find additional help in times of disaster! No communication or helpful info after Hurricane Michael. Hard to understand how other companies restored so quickly while we are out 9 days with mid November estimate of restoration.

Every time it rains the power goes out, the phones never work at their offices, and 60% of the people I talk to are rude. Gulf power was so much better.
