Electric rates are outrageous even though oil is below $20 a barrel, stop the greed and cut your rates.

Had no electricity but 2 lights and fridge on over a week a month x2 months over holidays. Both months bill went UP over $30. Discontinued power to 2 appliances recently and after 1 month bill went UP over $30🤔😡

The idea of charging customers for the storm damage by their electric usage is ridiculous. Everyone had the same damage, so the "Storm Cost Recovery" portion of the bill should be exactly the same for everyone. Between the already charged fee of $30.00 for "Facilities Charge", and now the added "Storm Cost Recovery" charge, our bill has over $60.00 of "just because we are providing your electricity" charges. I was all for paying the $10 storm recovery fee but I don’t understand why my storm recovery fee is $16 or more. I spoke with a representative and she stated it was based off of KWH I have used this month. Can someone explain to me why the current wattage I’ve used has to do with a storm from almost a year ago? If this is true, this information needs to be provided to the public, because the newsletter I read did not say anything about KWH used.
