They are the absolute worst Power Company I have ever dealt with and that is saying a lot seeing that I work with Gulf Power on almost a daily basis. The amount of excuses I received as to why power was not turned on at a residence where someone who lived there was on OXYGEN were extremely ridiculous. The best one is the the inspection didn’t “come through” until 4:37 and they close at 4:30. RecommendedMost of the time I’m a happy member of the coop. Today the road to my house and that of three neighbors are blocked by maintenance vehicles.

Apparently my wife when she was 17 had service in her name, and has an outstanding balance. When I explained the fact that she did not set up the service we got a generic you gotta pay the old balance to get service. We’ve been married 14 years and we have never had service with this company and I think its crap to make someone who didn’t come into your office and apply for service pay for it. I want a corporate team member to contact me. We are in a situation that is not normal and need help here.

power outages all the time. Power flickers all of the time
Had a Squirrel 🐿 get on transformer and blow fuse & power at 6am this morning both our meters are out, we have called 4 or 5 times to automatic hotline computers and it’s 8:30 am now and still no one showing up... We have never had this problem before??? Someone who works inside company told me this morning that someone should have already been out here within a hour or less????
Rates are too high. They don't notify customers that power will be turned off for an hour or longer while they work on lines.
