so after not billing us for 3 months. gcec has resumed billing after hurricane Michael and has been sending out ridiculous bills almost quadruple the usualamount. these people have no warning to anyone no heads up no payment. billing people for 900 giving them 2 days notice and then cutting us off no warning. I called and said please ma'am I have a baby and the lady offered the number of the wombs shelter. rich selfish scum
RecommendedDedicated staff. Will work with you on your bill. They don't just cut you off forever. They will try to work with you. They just want to be treated as you like to be treated. Think about that next time you call just to complain about your bill you didn't pay. Honestly respect for others gets you so much farther.

How many has noticed the increase in the Facilities rate on their bill. It has doubled!!! WHY?? Must be nice if you have storm damage to pass it on to someone else to pay??????
Don't charge for services not rendered. Be more attuned to members. (we are not customers, we are owners)

I would have recommend it in the past but since you have NOT come to hook up our power 10 days after our inspection I probably will not. PLEASE HOOK IS UP AT 7433 FOXHILL RD. 32404
