These guys are the best! They really know what they are doing! I took my guitar in to have the frets redone, and have a lyric installed over 6 months ago, and it still plays better than it did brand new! Thanks guys!
We are extremely fortunate to have Dave and Hesh here in Ann Arbor to fix our guitars. I have taken several of my Instruments to Ann Arbor Guitars and have always been extremely happy with the attention to detail, the quality of the workmanship, and when all is said and done and the price of the service. I have a guitar that needed some finish work right off the production line and it is now one of the best playing guitars that I own. I originally bought it as my camp guitar but it’s hard to justify that type of treatment co... read more
They did a wonderful job on my ancient Guild. Plays better than ever. Thanks guys!
I knew that David Collins was an honest, intelligent and decent human being and I knew that all my friends did too. What I didn't know was that his business partner, Hesh Breakstone, was equally as beautiful. What a wonderful surprise.
I just had my two electric guitars (Gibson SG and LP) set up at Ann Arbor Guitars. Each setup was completed the same day I took the guitar in. Both guitars play and sound great! Amazing service and craftsmanship. A ++++
I don't know what I'd do without A2 Guitars. Years of expertise, skill, and integrity just up the stairs off of Liberty and Fifth. If your instrument needs help this is the place to bring it!!
The only thing that could improve the experience at Ann Arbor Guitars would be a full service espresso bar. Seriously, they’re incredibly knowledgeable, they do wonderful work, and you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. C’mon guys, when can I get that cappuccino?
If there were more stars I’d add them in a heart beat. Took my ES339 to them today to try to adjust my setup. I was having intonation problems. I could NOT find a good compromise between open or 1st positions and higher up the fret board. I picked it up in the afternoon - what a change. Play a 1st position C or 3rd position E. Take your pick - the adjustments they made to the setup was perfect. Just perfect. Had to cut my day short and spend the rest of it on the guitar. They’re camped out in the third floor of Herb David’s ... read more
