Sat May 13 I had to take my 79 year old daddy due to a fall that required stitches in his right hand. I was so pleased from the moment we entered the facility until we left. The receptionist, tech, & Dr Haddad were absolutely the most professional and caring staff I have dealt with In an emergency situation. In & out in 1 1/2 hour. Then, on May 19 we had to do a follow up visit and remove the stitches. Once again buy with a different tech & receptionist and Dr Haddad gave us the same wonderful care as the previous week. Lazy unhelpful receptionist who eats at her desk,find a lunchroom and nobody wants to know about your mocha drink It's amazing how after a first bad experience Guilford immediate care acted immediately to resolve the problem and attend to my wife,I am now going to take back my previous comments and give you a double 5 star ,thank you Christie and everyone else, keep up the good work, I may consider making you guys my primary care physician at the oakwood office if that's possible �
