RecommendedGuilford Immediate Care has the best staff and Doctors.
My husband went in with a fever and a headache. He quickly got worse and fainted. Dr. Ayham Haddad, Dessi, Gina and Todd all immediately started tests, blood work, and 3 bags of fluid. Great follow up visit the next day. We have used this clinic many years and have always been pleased. Everybody gave us excellent care and we will recommend them to anyone! 5 star professionals!
I brought my son to the Gainesville clinic to have his possible broken foot looked at and the door was locked. I called and they said they was not taking in walk in patients and I had to make an appointment. Your website said no appointment necessary walk in welcomed. I had to take my son to the ER instead. I am upset that your information was wrong on the website about walk in accepted. This needs to be fixed so a parent don’t have to travel to the wrong place to get care for their child!
Our daughter-in-law suffered a very bad cut to her finger. We immediately called Guilford to inquire about stitches. They told us they were open until 8 and to come on they would get it taken care of. We jumped in the car and arrived at the Oakwood office, the one we called, at 7:50 pm. We brought my brother in because we thought he had twisted his arm ( later we found out it was broken). While they were getting X-rays done, my brother was scared, and obviously in pain, he didn’t want to lie down on the table and was a bit shaky, the “nurse” asked us what “syndrome” he had just because he was scared. Very unprofessional to just go ahead and assume that he was mentally ill because he was scared. Will never go back against
I have used this faculty in this past with fair results. However today was a NIGHTMARE!!!! I went to the clinic with hip & leg to the point I am having problems walking. The doctor at the clinic was extremely RUDE!!! She questioned me extensively about my pain. She ordered x-rays. Then she accused me of being there for pain medication. Lady..look I can hardly walk-I came here for help not to be ridiculed!! Her response was there is nothing wrong with you-go see an orthopedic doctor. I wasted 3 hours for nothing!
