I have been trying to get through to billing, we are self pay and have used guilford many times. a couple months ago my son went in for a toe nail procedure we paid 175 and got pretty good care, how ever on December 10th he went for a covid test and we paid 218 plus 3.75% for using debit card. total 226.10 , only this time he never even walked into the facility so why was I charged 110 for the office visit when we never stepped foot in the office. literally every where else just charges for the test, I guess I shouldn't have... read more

Today I opted for a Telehealth Appt because I didn't want to possibly get exposed to Covid. That must have been a factor in the care that i received, or lack of rather, because I asked for Asthma medication that this office has written for me many times. I was told that I was going to get one month worth of medication. I don't have money to come to this doctor's office once a month. I found out Tuesday night that someone I was with over the weekend had the Rona. Wednesday morning I went to this place to get tested. Waited in the waiting room of this ghost town for nearly 30 minutes. Got my Sinuses stabbed and left, $217 by the way. Thought the government was paying for this test??? It's now Sunday. The three day weekend is over. The Fourth of July holiday is over. it has been FOUR days and they still don't have my results back yet. DO NOT go here for Rona testing. because of Hannah and PA Jennifer....we came in for the fourth antibiotics shots for bite on my husband side that gotten infected..Hannah realized his heartrate was very low.. we were sent to ER in Gainesville..as it turned out the infection was on lower part of heart...spent seven days in hospital..came home with home health nurse and IV antibiotics for six weeks that I doing alone with changing dressing on bite...thank you so much ladies for your persistence to my husband to go to hospital... I dislocated my finger yesterday, was in excruciating pain, wasn’t expecting to get it reset at Guilford, (In CLEVELAND GA) it was very clean, they got me back very quickly to the X-ray room, I did not expect to have it reset there I just wanted to see how bad it was I had a couple of fractures the finger joint on my ring finger was completely dislocated I think her name was Shelly Bath, she was so kind, and gave me the confidence I needed to get thru it, it’s very painful regardless, but she got it set on the 1st try, highl... read more
