They have billed my child’s visit for an insurance THEY HAVE MEVER HAD four times!!!! I tried to have my kid seen today and they expected me to pay a balance because an insurance that we don’t have didn’t pay for FOUR visits. Even though I give them the CORRECT insurance card and tell them we do not have that other insurance every single time they ask they still can’t get it right!! I am livid at this point and the convenience of urgent care isn’t worth the stress of this incompetence.

Third time here. Each time I have received excellent care. The staff here is super. Thank you PA Rachel for checking me out today.
Very little effort made to help pain level. Sample of gel medication given with no instruction on use. No paperwork given at checkout. Medication list very outdated. No improvement in 3rd day so had to make doc appointment. Because they are not tied into Longstreet system, in extreme pain with hardship walking, I had to go back here and get copy of x-rays to take to the doc. Will certainly be using another clinic in future.
I went to Guilford for my eyes being irritated. Was told I have an infection and was prescribed 2 different drops. 2 days later I end up at a specialist with my face throat and lips swollen and was asked if I’m allergic to sulfur drugs. Yes I am. Because the drops contained sulfur. I call Guilford to ask do they not check my chart for allergies. I was told they have people who can but they don’t. Ugh!!! When I arrived there, There was NO ONE ahead of me. I was called back to a room where I waited over two hours. The NURSE PRACTITIONER told me he didn’t know how to treat my symptoms ???? (seriously 🙄😡). Since my mom and two sister in laws are nurses, I requested test that they suggested. Finally the PA did some blood work, but seriously...???? Too bad my sister in laws aren’t in Gainesville!!!
We came in today with my baby who was experiencing an allergic reaction and the staff was beyond amazing. The doctor was very sweet and caring. This was one of the most stressful and terrifying things to happen and I was made to feel secure.
