Several warranty issues with new 2016 Itasca Navion. Service advisor Shane called the next day as promised with a complete status report, issues corrected.
We had work done on our 5th wheel. I wont go anywhere else to have anything done on my rig. The guys at Guaranty are the best!!

So far so good. Service man Ted repaired and explained the problem we had with our air condition/heat pump and answered questions to our satisfaction. Everyone was so nice and Johnny on the spot.
Our service rep is Jonathon Morris. We like him. He has been helpful in dealing with quality issues in our new motorhome. Guaranty has advocated for us and we are getting these issues resolved.
