We just purchased a tent trailer from Guaranty in Junction City. I have to say, this was the best sales experience I've ever had!
They even threw in the cost of wiring our vehicle for lights & brakes, updating our tow package, and gave us a water pressure regulator! I highly recommend Guaranty!
Excellent customer service
It was quite a ways to go from our house, but it was worth it because they have the most inventory to choose from.

LCD monitor panel became defective. A portion of the read-out burned out. New panel ordered and replaced without hesitation under warranty.
I was treated with respect and kindness at all times. It was a very positive experience.
The scheduler got me in ASAP upon the return trip. I sent a letter of needed repairs ahead of the appointment. During the lengthy repair, Ed sent weekly e-mail updates on the progress of the repairs.
