San Antonio's ONLY Mexico City Kitchen - The MEX without the TEX. All our dishes are cooked in water, there is no lard, no grease no starches or flour in any of our sauces or soups. Instead we cook everything daily from SCRATCH, using only the freshest vegetables, meats, fish and a large variety of chiles. Chile is what gives our unique dishes their individual flavors. The atmosphere is cozy. You can converse, no loud music. Contact is made by waiters shortly after you walk in. Shortly after you order, a delicious sopa de fideo (vermicelli light soup) is brought to you. Highly recommend. Loved the after dinner drink Amaretto. Thanks! Q

I got food poisoning after eating here.
It's been a long time since I was satisfied with a dish I ate at a restaurant. This place is my new favorite - I got the Mahi Mahi and it was HEAVENLY. management is so friendly and accomodating, and service is quick and accurate. 10/10 would come here every day for the rest of my life 😍
The Fideo soup, and their salsa, are amazing!
