Chris and Ashley & the entire maintenance staff were exceptional during my recent experience requiring their assistance. I submitted a maintenance request due to my freezer leaking and they showed up within 15-20 minutes. They were able to quickly resolve the issue and they were very kind, professional and fun to chat with. Give these fellas a raise!
You now have to Validate parking at their buildings. What a huge pain in the A! Absolutely terrible experience every time I want to get a beer.
The Grubb family has ignored all responsibilities with their properties. I have been trying to get in touch for quite some time. They spit on hard working middle class Americans. They just want to ignore you until you give up.
