today's transactions were flawlessly and completely accomplished with the assistance from a well trained, and informed representative.
Been with this company for a little over a year. When I signed up I asked how long was the program. The guy responded 24 to 48 months now they are saying 5 years. I could have filed bankruptcy and been finished. They do not update account balances they are supposed to call me at the end of the month. They call when they want too. This company is very very misleading to people who are trying to straighten out their credit by trying to settle with wrong debtors that are in good standing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I spoke with ******* on the phone this afternoon and she was very pleasant. She explain everything in great detail and emailed me the information that I needed to finish the business transaction. Keep up the good work, I give her a 5 star!!

When I asked how long the initial set up would take, I was told 20 minutes. I work 2 jobs and don't have time to be on a lengthy phone call. That phone call was almost an hour and I was almost late for my shift. I never signed any of the paperwork because I was looking for a personal loan (as their letters come off as) to readjust my finances.
