I am going to leave a 4 star because the associate I spoke with today did a very good job of calming me down. First, I was contacted about getting a debt consolidation loan (thanks to the pandemic I lost over 10K a year in income so debt piled up quickly) I was told I did not qualify for a loan however I could participate in the debt settlement process.
