I want too say my many of scares if your company was a scam, to where the money was going, to many of questions I had and was professionally & patiently answered by diamonique, s. and never was explained this in depth..phase 1 & phase *****I FEEL A LOT BETTER!! Everyone I speak with here has been very kind and understanding. This is an industry where people you talk to can be very condescending. But GRT is the exact opposite. Spoke with Hope today and she was very kind, answered all my questions and we very professional. It's nice to be speaking with a real human in the other end of the line and the monthly updates have been great!

I talked with ***** today. I have been working with *** since January 2024 (Today August 2024)She was very professional. I called to accept my 3rd debt settlemet (of 8 accounts in total. One of the debts i had to settle with directly because they took me to the court (****************) and didn't want to negotiate with them and sued me. So that leaves me with 3 out of 8 settled and making payments and one i had to settle outside their system.4 More to settle
I just spoke with a representative but unfortunately I cannot remember her name. She was extremely helpful and determined to resolve the two settlement offers that were on my account. She had to contact two different teams late in the afternoon (4:15 pm) to get clarity on the offers but was determined to get it before the end of the business day. I really appreciated this effort.
