The worst experience ever!! Enrolled to consolidate my credit. I paid 7 months on time no missed payment. Only 1 out of 3 accounts was settled leaving the others to be charged off and making my credit drop. I called to cancel as i settled myself with the other companies as NO payment had been made by ***. *** canceled my account based on I no longer qualified for the service. I had a very positive with GRT Financial. ********* ******* was very helpful. I was able to settle my debts with the assistance with there program.
I wish I had never joined this program. I submitted 8 accounts for consolidation. After 17 months only 2 were settled, 2 were in settlement payments. Since my enrollment with *** in May 2023, I had paid over $7,200 to their company. However, a staggering 61% of these funds have been consumed by excessive fees. While several of my accounts had been settled, only $2,700 has been allocated toward creditors. $4500 went to fees.
