I actually have very good service each time I have to contact this office, but Brad S. went above and beyond for me. I asked quite a few questions and he was very patient with all his answers. He made sure I had totally understood everything we discussed and that all my questions were answered. Good employees like Brad are hard to find, he's a keeper.
I have been in the program for a year, I joined myself by listening to a phone call on a Saturday, April 2024; my hardship is genuine, I explained my financial and family situation to GRT staff, and shared all the loan and credit card statements. They have already taken care of 70% of my debts, I pay my monthly payments on time. Please communicate with GRT staff and stay in the program for at least six months and to see the progress of debt settlements.
