So far my experience has been phenomenal. During the sign up processes they are extremely clear of the expectations of the contract. Of course, they will have fees its a business that services people in need and also has needs. Their service is to negotiate with the creditors and aim for a 50% reduction. So far, so good. I've been working with GRT for about a year, and so far we have settled two accounts. This is not an overnight solution, but to date things have gone as I expected.
