First, I realized I double scheduled my kids with another doctor appointment just 24 hours before. When I called Growing Smiles Dr. Kristen and her team graciously rescheduled all 3 of my children earlier in the day. Then since I was unexpectedly working, my nanny took all 3 kids to their appointments. As usual, Growing Smiles keeps my child happy to see his dentist and care for his teeth. The staff maintains great relationships with both the children and the parents. Everyone deserves this kind of care!
I take both my kids here and they always do a great job making the experience fun, educational, and quick! How much fun is birthday cake or blueberry tasting toothpaste or watching curious George or Mickey Mouse while getting your teeth cleaned?!
This was my son's first visit to the dentist. Dr. Reena and her staff were fantastic with him. He was nervous and cried at first, but they were so calm and quickly put him (& me) at ease. There even is a TV mounted on the ceiling to distract him while in the chair! They really know how to work with kids. I give Growing Smiles my highest recommendation and am so happy I found such a wonderful dental practice for my kids.
I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience at growing smiles had been. Our little one, Andy (2 1/2) is often afraid about visiting the dentist at this stage . Everyone at Growing Smiles makes a huge effort to make this a fun, positive experience for him. It really makes all the difference and he is learning to love brushing and showing off his healthy smile!
My son was returning to Growing Smiles for his second visit. The first time he was really young and we were back again at 2 1/2 yrs. I am pleased to say level of patience, efficiency, warmth, and kindness were all above and beyond. It is an inviting and kid friendly space that is also immaculate. I heard they were "great." We had an unexpected need for a dental appointment for my 1.5 yo daughter. From incredible patience, kindness and accommodating customer service on the phone to holding the door for me with the stroller and helping me deal with my 3.5 yo who was along for the ride, they far, far exceeded "great" and my expectations! Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about our visit today. It was my daughter's first visit to the dentist and they were amazing with her. So patient and nice to her. They turned on cartoons and gave her a toy, and even talked with her about her favorite things like riding her bike. They introduced all of the tools to her, and gave them all names.
