Our experience with Dr. Kristin was terrific. The office is welcoming with lots of toys and things to do while waiting. Dr. Kristin and her staff are very respectful of the patients and parents and strive to make everyone feel comfortable. All in all a wonderful experience.
We have been seeing Dr. Reena for 5 years. She has always been wonderful with my son and even more impressive is the extra care she gives to my daughter who is a lot more apprehensive even at age 4 after many visits. Dr. Reena always takes her time and talks her through it all and in the end gets the job done. All the staff has been wonderful. I can't say enough about how happy we are with Dr. Reena and growing smiles.
On time, very professional, painless
Our family has been patients at Growing Smiles for almost three years. Everyone in the office, from the second you walk in the door, makes you feel at ease, happy and comfortable (even little first-time dental patients!). I appreciate the positive and comfortable atmosphere, and the thorough, specific and helpful advice that all the doctors provide. I highly recommend them!
Everyone on staff at Growing Smiles in Chicago are top notch professionals with a caring spirit and service mentality. They care about their patients and will go the extra mile for you. My son has special needs with a severe cognitive impairment and they take excellent care of him. The appointments are enjoyable! They are all so warm and caring - from the Doctors to the assistants to the office staff. And the video on the ceiling helps the kids relax through the appointment. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
My 3 year old likes going to the dentist! She has told many people about her chocolate toothpaste and the prize she got with her coin for being a good patient. Every staff member and Dr. Kristen are wonderful!
My 2 1/2 year old daughter had a great first experience at the dentist. She loved wearing sunglasses, sitting in a special chair, the toys in the waiting area, the taste of the paste used for her cleaning, the suffed animals in the exam room, and special treats she received (toothbrush, dental mirror, and a little trinket). My three kids absolutely love going to Growing Smiles. Every single staff member is warm and welcoming and they make the kids feel completely comfortable! The office is very clean and inviting, and the quality of care is unbeatable. We would never dream of going anywhere else!
