We had my son's very 1st dentist appointment earlier today and my husband and I were so very pleased at how pleasant an experience it was. The dental hygienists took the time to make my son feel comfortable - showing him all the tools and letting him play with him. They even made it fun - giving him sunglasses and letting him watch TV. Finally - they also took the time to thoroughly check and clean his teeth, as well as provide advice to us on how to continue to care for them. I would recommend Growing Smiles to any family.

We LOVE Dr Reena. My son has been seeing Dr Reena for years and she has done many dental procedures for us. She is amazing with kids and her work is outstanding. I as well am a Dental professional and would drive hours to get my son to her. Her staff is extremely accommodating and always friendly.
We have been at Growing Smiles since they moved in the neighborhood. We have mostly seen Dr. Shah and worked with many of the dental hygienists and administration staff. Everyone is friendly and polite. The dentists and staff are great talking to my children and educating them on their dental responsibilities. As always, Dr. Shah and her staff took fantastic care of my 3 kids-- ages 10, 10, 12. We drive all the way from Glenview every 6 months (for the past 10 years!) to see Dr. Shah because we simply love the care so much we don't mind the drive into the city... Today, we were in and out of there in only an hour for 3 cleanings, 3 checkups, and 2 x-rays. Efficient but very thorough... I usually never write these but have to say that this was a fantastic experience. The staff were so friendly and upbeat - my 2 year old son absolutely loved it.
We spent a lot of time in the office today due to Dr Shah being backed up with a dental emergency. Tyler, our hygienist, was so great-he was kind, patient and funny with my kids who were getting a little restless. My 5 year old is still talking about him!
Had a lovely time today, learning a lot while also having the Growing Smiles team make my 2 year old daughter as comfortable as possible. Did she cry? Of course! But we made sure she knew she was safe, that this would help her, and they gave her tons of toys to help reward her good behavior. Highly recommend!
