Love this practice so much! They are so patient and kind! Dr Kristen is amazing and my girls completely love her.
Dr. Reena always has such a wonderful way about her. My five year old has been nervous during recent visits, and Dr. Reena was able to work through it with her so that she wasn't overly stressed. One skipped polishing helped ease her into the next visit where there were no tears and very minimal protest. After her cleaning, my daughter said she'd like to draw Dr. Reena a picture of her visit. I call that a win!
Its the 3rd time my son has been at Growing Smiles, and all of them had been good experiences. But the last one (with a new doctor and new assistant) was amazing. They were really nice and sweet with my son that was really scared. Couldnt had been better.
My 3YO hates the dentist for no reason! He's been multiple times but never here. He enjoyed playing while we waited. When we went in he was in love with the TV on the ceiling and wasn't quite as scared as normal. He freaked out a bit when it was time for the exam, but Dr Ashley was amazing. She quickly figured out what he likes and used every reference possible to keep him calm. He was even laughing at one point! Great job, we will be back for sure!
We just moved to the area and I chose this office after reading other reviews and I cannot agree more. This office is great! This would be my daughter's 3rd dental appointment ever but this was her first successful dental appointment. Her hygienist, Wendy is very friendly and knows how to approach a young child who is fearful while at the dental office. Every time we walk in, there is little or no wait time, the dentists work confidently on our children, keep us well informed, answer all our questions, and reward our kids as they walk out for a job well done. They are x-ray and fluoride friendly office, like all the others these days, but they don't fuss if you have a different opinion.
The entire staff at Growing Smiles is friendly, efficient, and genuine. The front desk staff make my visit with four children feel easy and they run the appointments and check-outs efficiently. Dr. Kristin is personable, professional, and always makes the children feel special. Each amd every person at Growing Smiles makes every aspect of the dental visit enjoyable and fun.
Based on my son's situation, they managed to work him into the schedule that day. The whole time, their priority was making him feel comfortable and explaining what was going to happen. We have always had a very positive experience and my son still looks forward to going back so he can use the gold coin at the "treasure chest." Highly recommend Growing Smiles, Dr. Reena Shah and her caring staff!
We love Dr. Ashley and her stuffs! They really make my 16 month old feel as comfortable as possible!
