We went here a couple of weekends ago and will never be back. I was looking to buy roses and when I finally found them, they were poorly price marked and many were unhealthy. When we got to the register, I asked the older man working the register about the prices and he answered me in an extremely rude and condescending manner. Needless to say, I didn't buy any. There are many other nurseries in the area that have comparable prices, are laid out in a coherent manner with healthy plants and have MUCH better customer service. ... read more
I love spending time at Growers Outlet. Both times I've been there, I've scooped up their special sale plants and they've done great. I love the beautiful orange mums I bought there a month or so ago.
Owner is super nice guy and everything we bought has done great!! Love this place!
I think the growers outlet names misrepresented self. I think it's a big Lots growers wholesale. In fact I've been told that these are no more than Walmart representatives running a plant stand. Just know that when you go and you have no customer service representative pick out what you want through the mud take it to the register buy it or not no one cares. They are clerks and run the register.
I've never had a problem, been buying for about 6 years - just know what you want.
I visited the Grower's Outlet yesterday for the first time. I was treated rudely by an elder gentleman there when I inquired about a plant that I will never go there again. He knew I was a first time visitor too.
The owner is EXTREMELY rude!I asked him about Black-Eye Susans and why they were more expensive that other flowers. He yelled at me and said "Why don't you do your research before coming in here asking questions!" I was appalled! I will never go back
