I called to ask if they carried houseplants, I was very polite and professional but whoever answered the phone was completely rude and hateful. Honestly it was a pretty confusing experience, guess he was having a bad day.
Owner is rude and not knowledgeable about plants hardy in this area.
RecommendedI can’t believe I waited so long to go to this place!! They have the most beautiful flowers, awesome prices and incredibly nice people working there. Everyone greeted me with a smile and asked me if i needed help or had any questions. I was hesitant to go because of all of the negative comments. Glad I went!! I will definitely go again if i get the chance, though there is a for sale sign out front now. Go check them out!!! They have everything you could possibly want!
I called to find out if they are open to the public to come buy plants because of the stay at home and the man who picked up the phone was very rude and immediately hung up. I see a few complaints here about this same treatment and surprised he is still serving customers
Rudest customer service ever! I contacted the place to get a quote over the phone he hung up on me saying saying he doesn't give prices quotes over the phone...because of competitors...I told him I was a customer! I called back again to explain and he said I sounded like a scammer...DISGUSTING customer service....
I have been going to them for over 20 years and always enjoy the large selection of plants that I can easily view for ideas for my garden. It’s easy to get lost for an hour just walking and browsing. Take your gardening shoes so you can go down every path! Great stuff and prices!
I am so so happy to find this place! I was shocked to see how amazing their selection on hanging baskets was. the best part was that the price is by far, the best bargain you will ever encounter on plants. on my first trip I purchased 3 beautiful hanging baskets and a monstera delicious plant. I went back yesterday to purchase a plant for my best friend, and was so happy to find out that all the plants and pots were 50% off.
