HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you want to make your own hours then don't have them posted! Waste of time!
Called to ask a couple questions, found out the plants I want wont be in stock for a couple weeks. Asked about tree and the guy just started saying "god bless you, god bless you and bye" and hung up the phone on me... They're really owning the horrible reputation.
We love Grower's Outlet! HUGE selection of plants, knowledgeable staff, plenty of selection. It's our go-to garden center for just about everything we need, and we have to travel to get there!
Overpriced and rude! They need to take time with their customers. Just lost a huge account!!!

This place could be very successful if the elderly man that runs it would retire. He's so over-the-top rude and racist. He does not like to help in any way or be asked questions. Their prices are good but it's not worth dealing with him. I will never go back there.
If you have any integrity, don't go here. The owners are worse than rude. They are dispicable people. I have never been treated like that. If I could never buy another plant except from there, ,my gardening days would be over.
