Dr. Marc Grow and Dr. Ian Cooke met at school in San Jose both being San Diego residents living far away from home they began a mentorship that did not have any business intentions. We love Dr. Cooke! We’ve been seeing him for a couple of years & he’s treated me while I was pregnant with 2 of my babies. My husband also sees him as well for adjustments. Dr. Cooke is very knowledgeable and personable & we definitely recommend him!
I was recommended to Cooke and was sooo happy I did. I was in and out of some serious back pain thanks to Dr Cooke working on the road to recovery. In a lot less pain now!

Is your baby fussy and not a good sleeper?! Bring him to Dr. Cooke! My 3 month old son does not sleep for long, typically 20 min up to an hour during the day. . . . Not good. I finally brought him in and saw improvement right away. He is sleeping better, has better control of his head and is willing to be on the floor longer and longer. I dont know why I waited so long for my son when I already go for myself! Dr. Cooke is very good at what he does and is very down to earth. Exceptional staff, Dr Cooke works wonders. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the body. I walk out of my session feeling like I'm walking on clouds!
