World Class Professionals! Dr. Grow and Dr. Cooke are two of the most personable and professional chiropractors I have been treated by. They go above and beyond expectations, not only in treatment, but educating the patient on the process, practice, and developmental exercise to regain and maintain mobility. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality treatment. Even if you haven't been treated by a chiropractor before, you will highly enjoy their services!
Knowledgeable about pregnancy and labor- helped ease all the hip pain I was experiencing in the third trimester. Quick appts available as well! Hands down will be referring to friends, family, and birth clients!!!

Wonderful care at Grow Chiropractic from Dr. Marc Grow! I started with Dr. Grow about a year ago barely able to walk correctly due to back injury. Thanks to his amazing care and expertise I am walking normally, very little pain, back to yoga and exercise! Can't say enough good things! Would definitely recommend Dr. Grow to family and friends.
Grow chiropractic is by far the best chiropractic center in San Diego they work on everybody from high-level athletes to your average Joe Dr Mark knows what he's doing and he takes care of you like your family everybody from my wife to make kids go to him for whatever medical reason if you want the best for your family Grow chiropractic is the way
