My OBGYN is wonderful, nurses are great. Scheduling is an absolute nightmare, the way they handle insurance is a nightmare. Ladies at the front desk make you feel like your bothering them when you come to check in. I seem to have an insurance, scheduling or prescription problems every time I go.
I have a great Dr in Dr.Michael Hoffman .He tried to get to the problem .
FIVE STARS for Doctor Rima Rusnak in Mason GHA!!! She's an excellent Pediatrician, down to Earth, young, knowledgeable...I had the pleasure of working with her years ago in Fairfield, so when we moved to Mason and found out she was working here, I did not hesitate it for a minute!! Now she's my daughter's Pediatrician and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Rusnak!!!
1. each time I've gone, the doctors were 20 - 30 minutes late 2. nurses are always rude and not efficient overall, a terrible experience and I'll be finding a new location for my healthcare.
