Very nice but very hard to find if u r not famliar with the area.
20 minutes early and did not even get to my chair and I was called back!! Love days like this!!
I had an appointment at 1010am on a Friday. I arrived 10 minutes early to check in. Was called back to the exam room soon after that. The wait for the doctor was short and I had all my questions and problems addressed in 20 min. Was out of there by 1030am. The food area and gift shop was awesome because i was able to eat and browse while I waited on my ride. The greeter was friendly and walked me to find the restroom. I go there for everything. The staff at the front desk are always pleasant and the doctors are amazing.
I like Group Health Mason for all my health needs. I go there for everything from allergy shots to my family physician. I have always been satisfied with the service that I have been given there.
I arrived early for my appointment but was not called until 20 minutes after my appointment time. The doctor was nice and attentive. Other than the wait time it was a good visit.
It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to wait in the room 45 min past my apt time!!!
