Front desk woman was very rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for a school note because I was waiting for 30 min, I missed 2 classes at school and they said they couldn’t get me in because I was having allergies the day before. They also refused to write me any note saying I was there, to give to my school.
If I could rate it higher I would. The morning staff was super nice. The receptionist was prompt, polite, and easygoing. Doctor Ashley Vespie-Nguyen was probably the best doctor I ever had. She was a great listener, super understanding, empathetic, kind, and knew what she was talking about. They got me taken care of promptly- I did schedule ahead not walk in.
Dr. Yeung is an amazing pediatrician. He always starts the visit by joking and playing with my child, which helps her feel comfortable right away. Before she even realizes it, the exam is already done! She never cries and is always happy to see Dr. Yeung. Every visit is a positive, stress-free experience. We are so grateful to have him as our pediatrician!
Ped staff at the front desk are so fun and so professional! We love coming!
