The OB group here is wonderful. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Roth and Dr. Samol deliver my kids. My only issue with this office is the location. It is terrible when school lets out in the afternoon, so avoid appointments then if you are in a rush.
It seems that TriHealth can’t keep their doctors. Once you got use to a doctor and think that you have a primary doctor to know your health, TriHealth will mail a letter to tell you that the doctor you see is no longer with TriHealth. This is the 2nd or 3rd doctors that I no longer able to keep. TriHealth doesn’t even try to assign you to another doctor in the group. They seem make you to go with a nurse practitioner… nothing wrong with nurse practitioners, but I’m paying to see a doctor. It is frustrating.
0 star. Please dont go to this hospital. I went for wellness visit for my son which is 100% covered. I ended up getting a bill for service which is part of wellness. Check your bill clearly as they are out there to extort money out of even on 100% covered visits. It took me lot of energy to fight it but still ended up paying as the customer service is ridiculous and gave me weird reason that doctor reviewed diet(like asking if he is drinking water and eating vegetables) and I have to pay for it. Amazing staff and great service
I have been here twice in two months, both experiences were great. This second time REALLY stuck out to me though, Nurse Jessica and Dr. Kayla Smith are both incredible women! Professional, kind, really great at their jobs and communicating are just a few of their great qualities. Whatever they get paid, RAISE IT.
